I can't help you directly but if you want some used clothes then you have to join kathmandu kathmandu group in google group. There lots of foreigners offers and donate used clothing and asks for the right place to donate the clothes. There a=you can get lot of people for used clothes. Just go to google group and and search for kathmandu kathmandu group.
